Job Description:

Salesforce Data Analyst Consultant, in this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights for the insurance industry. Your primary responsibilities will include data cleaning, analysis, and visualization, as well as risk assessment and data quality assurance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work to derive actionable insights from data. Additionally, you will assist with application-level support for data cleansing, deduping, and maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide application-level support for data cleansing, deduping, and maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce. Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform regular data validation checks / create "exception reports" to address any discrepancies in audit. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain data governance practices. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the insurance industry. Assist in evaluating risk factors by analyzing historical data and industry trends. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science or related field. Previous experience in Salesforce Data Analytics roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R, or a willingness to learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salesforce Administrator (Desired) Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred) Salesforce Data Cloud (Optional) 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
