Description:Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks in the restoration industry, including but not limited to:- Door hanging and repair- Tile laying and grouting- Fixture installation (e.g., lights, faucets)- Assembling furniture and other items- Basic electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, switches)- Follow schematics and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficientlyExperience:- Proven experience in a maintenance person role, preferably in the restoration industry- Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as door hanging, masonry, tile laying, fixture installation, and basic electrical work- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyRequirements:Additional experience or certifications in areas such as CNC machining or specialized electrical work would be considered an asset.Additional Info:We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
