Job Description
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and on-site.

HardBeauty is the place combining Peer-Coaching with Clinical services. We offer strengths and evidence-based practices that serves women, men, and young adults ages 14 and up. We offer resiliency programs for youth and adults, personal development workshops and recovery groups, group coaching, one-on-one peer recovery coaching services, process groups, psycho-educational groups, and individual counseling services. We are looking to hire a Licensed Clinician to help meet the demand of our growing client roster through BPS/Intake completions and individual counseling services. Clinicians also have an opportunity to develop and facilitate virtual counseling groups for additional income on our Discover Your Recovery platform.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of services at HardBeauty is to support our clients in their recovery journey by providing excellent service and support via peer-coaching and counseling.

Goals & Objectives:
•Must be supportive of all types of recovery [Substance Use, Mental Illness, Trauma, etc.] and all paths to recovery [in-patient, IOP, MAT, hard reduction, etc.]
•Provide support to the client and treat the client as a resource in their own recovery
•Promote a positive culture of community within HardBeauty
•Meet productivity standards and expectations
•Always maintain professionalism and cultural competency

Duties and Responsibilities; This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and on-site:
•Conduct BPS/Intake Assessments and ISP updates every 6 months in a timely manner.
•Conduct sessions with clients by virtual meeting, phone call, or in-person
•Assist the client in processing trauma, establishing coping skills, obtain/maintain recovery, emotional regulation, and managing life stressors.
•Motivate clients to participate in recovery coaching/individual counseling sessions, groups, workshops, yoga, etc.
•Understand and follow HardBeauty policies and procedures, as well as HardBeauty best practices, as outlined in the company manual.
•Abide by all legal and ethical standards set by the DORA, BHA, and all pertaining Ethical Codes in relation to license held.
•Timely enter DAP notes or assessments within 24 hours of session.
•Enhance professional growth and development by participating in training opportunities offered through HardBeauty and also by seeking continuing education credits as required by your professional license.
•Participate and contribute to all company meetings, supervisions, and other program/department meetings as needed, to ensure cohesive organizational outcomes.

Requirements

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Colorado: LPC or LMFT
•Active Malpractice Insurance
•3 to 5 years of experience working with individuals struggling with mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault in an outpatient or residential setting.
•Demonstrate high attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
•Possess excellent organization skills to manage scheduling clients, completing assessments, and completing documentation.
•Be proficient in completing ASAMs, BPS's, and treatment plans with language compliant to Medicaid standards.
•Demonstrate strong core values that resonate with the company's core values of Honesty, Integrity, and Communication.
•Effective communication skills as necessary to conduct business with clients, peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders.
•Possess excellent customer service skills, strong organization skills, ability to work independently with minimal direction from supervisor,
•Must be comfortable using Google Work Space apps, Zoom, and a digital calendar
•Preferred family and/or marriage counseling experience
•Preferred Bilingual Candidate

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and on-site.
  • Position required to commit 20 hours a week to HardBeauty clients.
  • Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications met.
