Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCMS Workday Analyst to join our team. As an HCMS Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective administration of security within our client's system. Your duties will include redeploying security configurations, creating efficient processes for security administration, modifying and customizing security roles, and auditing security permissions. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing new business processes related to security and providing Workday education and certification to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redeploy security configurations within the client's HCMS system.
  • Customize security roles to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for security administration.
  • Audit security permissions to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Educate and train team members on Workday security best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement security solutions.
  • Utilize testing techniques to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of security configurations.
  • Provide support and guidance on security-related issues and questions.
  • Maintain separation of duties and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security administration principles and best practices.
  • Experience with customizing security roles and configurations.
  • Workday series pro certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in email, Teams, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to gather requirements and walk stakeholders through security processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
