Data Center Pre-Construction Manager

A fast-growing and esteemed general contractor is looking for a Data Center Preconstruction Manager. This contractor has a backlog of projects, based out of the Minneapolis or Chicago offices. The Data Center Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team
Data Center Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:
Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
Assist in schedule development
Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
Develop scopes of work for all project related trades
Data Center Preconstruction Manager Qualifications:
- B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree
- 5+ Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction with Data Center experience
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficiency in the Development of Commercial Construction Projects
