Job Summary:

Developer Science / Engineering Graduate. Resolve unknown incidents and adhoc requests, handle operational changes and functional enhancement requests, participate in identifying problems, perform root cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base and participate in activities like Release acceptance and application. Continuity Support WITH the objective of providing end of term (Quarter / Year) Support to the project WITHIN THE LIMITS OF pre-defined corporate guidelines. Have to work as onsite member and rest of the team is at offshore.

Experience Level: 6+ years

Top 3 Must Haves:

1. Java FSE

2. WS

3. PL/SQL and Database (Oracle preferred)

Required Skills:
•Java Core, Spring , Micro Services, AWS services
•PL/SQL, Database
•Experience in both Maintenance and development projects
•Ready to relocate if not in West Chester, PA

Good to have Skills:
•C, C++
•Linux /Unix
•Insurance domain knowledge (L&A)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and also provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact.

- Manage tickets and tasks escalated by the Level 1 team (Service Operations analyst) and also handle Customer requests assigned by the Lead

- Escalate tickets that require external intervention

- Alert Leads for tickets where there can be a potential SLA breach

- Ensure quality
