Position: Procurement Specialist
Location: Fremont, CA Office (On-site 5 days a week)

We are currently hiring a motivated Purchasing Agent to become an integral part of our clients team. In this crucial role, you will contribute significantly to the success of our projects by strategically sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade partners. Your responsibilities will include interpreting scopes of work and specifications to fulfill material and equipment needs for each assigned project. The Purchasing Agent will collaborate closely with all team members involved in the development and construction of assigned projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the plumbing and mechanical trade
Proficiency in maintaining database assemblies, managing budgets, issuing purchase orders, and providing support for payment processing and invoices
Familiarity with various software, including Vista Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks
Comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels, both within and outside the organization
Strong commitment to being a team player and aligning with our company core values of Family, Loyalty, and Respect
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others in the team
