Under the guidance of the BCBA, implement behavior services to persons receiving services (PRS) to improve socially significant behaviors.2. Complete data collection and billing documentation in an accurate and timely manner.3. Communicate effectively and efficiently with PRS, guardians, independent contractors, and other relevant parties effectively and promptly.4. Provide training or modeling under the guidance of the BCBA.5. Provide transportation of PRS when necessary.6. Ensure compliance with Ariel, BACB, state, and federal regulations. 7. Follow all safety procedures and agency policies. Additional Duties and Responsibilities 1. Must work closely with other Ariel programs.2. Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities1. Ability to use science, logic, and evidence to make decisions surrounding programming, and the ability to promote interventions that are behavior analytic. 2.
