Hours:First Shift Hours 6:00AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate:$ 37.31/Hr.

Requirements:Assembler - 1st Shift
  • US Citizenship
  • Our client requires that candidates must have an active/current DoD Interim Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly
  • Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers and other similar tools; Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination
  • Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings; Good computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment; Good interpersonal, teaming and communication skills
  • Active J-STD-001 Certification
Job Description:Assembler - 1st Shift
  • Performs fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity. Duties include installation of connectors, substrates, components and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing using paste and sheet epoxies.
  • They will also work on detailed soldering of components and assemblies per drawings and specifications.
  • Under limited supervision, may use schematics, blueprints or sketches and verbal and written instructions to assemble, rework or re-assemble units.
Duties:Assembler - 1st Shift
  • Installation of connectors, substrates, components and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing using paste and sheet epoxies.
  • Performs fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity
  • Perform surface mount, fine pitch and through hole soldering
  • Able to work with miniaturized tools such as tweezers, fine screwdrivers and soldering irons
  • Able to work with precision and follow standardized, existing procedures
  • Able to attach wires to load cell tabs by following schematics or wiring diagrams
  • Meet high criteria for quality and output on a regular basis
Additional Desired Skills:Assembler - 1st Shift
  • Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
  • Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices
  • Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
