Construction Project Manager The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the re-construction and restoration of properties damaged by fire, smoke, or water. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a well-established and growing restoration company. Essential Functions Scope and manage construction projects. Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters. Project estimating, costing, contracting and quality control. Contract services such as drywall repairs, carpet installation and painting. Ensure job processes and procedures are followed. Manage change orders and project documentation Training and development of team members. Monitor all projects to completion. Maintain equipment and vehicle inventory. Qualifications Requirements Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects. Knowledgeable at project estimating, job costing, contracting and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters. A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft. Must be able to pass a drug test. Bonus Points: 1 year experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry. IICRC certifications Proficient with the Xactimate estimating software.
