Responsibilities:** As a Senior Motors Controls Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind the technical leadership in PEMD Controls, overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge client projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Pioneering the technical development of Control Software for Power Electronics, E-Machines, and Drives - Providing inspirational leadership to empower team members in delivering innovative control solutions - Spearheading requirements specification, algorithm development, implementation, calibration, and validation - Conducting rigorous testing of control software through Model-in-Loop, Hardware-in-Loop, and physical testing on dyno and in-vehicle - Collaborating closely with the wider PEMD engineering team, lending expertise to power electronic, thermal, electromagnetic, and mechanical aspects - Engaging directly with clients to address technical challenges and ensure project success * *Required Qualifications & Experience:** We're seeking a visionary individual with a strong engineering background and a proven track record of delivering outstanding projects in control or related disciplines. **Mandatory:** - Degree in Engineering,

Control/Electrical/Electronics,
