What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous injection-molding experience preferred
  • Self-motived with the ability to work independently
  • Safety and quality oriented
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, work with plastic materials (no allergies to chemical components), bend, crouch, and twist
What You'll Do as a Press Operator
  • Identify process disruptions and malfunctions, and perform minor adjustments per standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and daily basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Operate the SMC press and injection molding machine per established processes
  • Produce parts needed according to quality standards and order specifications
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
