About Us:We're seeking a Digital Marketing Technology Specialist to collaborate with us in developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the Umbraco content management system to ensure website performance, functionality, and user experience meet industry standards.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms like Google Analytics to measure website performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with third-party marketing tools and platforms.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing technology.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on using Umbraco and other marketing technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with Umbraco CMS and implementing marketing solutions within the Umbraco platform.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
