Your Role We are actively seeking a driven, creative, and strategic candidate to fill the role of Senior MarketingCoordinator to drive best-in-class CRM strategy at VS&Co. The candidate that will be successful in this role will be curious and have a growth mindset as we test, iterate, and scale customer-driven 1-to-1personalized marketing initiatives. The team player should always put the customer first and understandhow our work impacts the customer lifecycle. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be a key player indriving big-picture, omni-channel, strategy and will be responsible for excellent execution to bring theinitiatives to life. Candidates should be highly skilled at forming internal and external relationships,generating creative, out-of-the-box ideas, as well as managing, understanding, and embracing change. Your Impact Ensuring timely and effective cross-functional execution of CRM initiatives Preparation of marketing materials for channel leaders before deadlines Day-to-day maintenance and management of CRM Email creative assets. Including:

Helping with ideation Presenting creative briefs Working in the Email Dashboard Adding assets to DaVinci vendor tool Reviewing proofActively participate in meetings Supporting Manager in the continual evaluation of the processes supporting CRM initiatives
