Schedule: Full Time, 7on/7off, Varied Salary: Competitive base salary of $320,000, with a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus. Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BE/BC) Neonatologist to join our dynamic team. As a Neonatologist at Meritus Health, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care for premature and critically ill newborn infants, as well as well newborns. With almost two thousand births last year, our facility is dedicated to ensuring every newborn receives the best care possible. Responsibilities: Provide medical care for premature neonates, neonates with complex illnesses, and newborns in the newborn nursery. Collaborate with pediatricians, lactation consultants, patient care management, and dieticians to develop comprehensive care plans for newborns. Work in the Special Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery to ensure newborns receive necessary nutrition and treatment for growth and healing. Adhere to perinatal standards and guidelines for neonatal care. Requirements: Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of residency in Pediatrics. Completion of fellowship in Neonatology. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatology. Perks: Competitive salary, with a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus.
