We are seeking an experienced Director of Ecommerce to lead our eCommerce division and drive our online sales growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the strategic vision for our eCommerce platforms, manage a team of eCommerce professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities At Foundations, there is limitless opportunity and plenty of room to grow. The following describes some of the core activities you will perform: Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy to meet revenue goals and drive growth Lead and manage the eCommerce team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives Oversee the development and maintenance of our owned eCommerce platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and performance Manage relationships with online platform partners, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and Walmart Monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to eCommerce Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain necessary infrastructure and systems Manage eCommerce budgets and resources effectively Select, negotiate, onboard, and manage outside agency and technology resources Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or other relevant degree. Minimum of 7 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing eCommerce strategies Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and technologies Experience managing online platform partnerships, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, etc. Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision making and optimize eCommerce performance Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eCommerce Benefits If you are looking to join a growing organization, with tremendous opportunity, where your hard work significantly impacts everyone’s success, then Foundations Worldwide is the place for you.
