Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing continuous improvement programs to increase productivity across current and new plants. Continuous Improvement EngineerResponsibilities: Identify, prioritize and execute continuous improvement projects and activities for the current and new plant Collaborate cross-functionally to determine the most efficient processes and implement Directly provide formal and informal training for lean manufacturing improvements and other implements Drive Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles 5+ years of Continuous Improvement in manufacturing 3+ years in food manufacturing Experience building programs from the ground up and training teams Understanding of TPM Italian or Spanish speaking a plus If you are interested in this
