• Collaborare come esperto in materia di Physical Security all’interno della Business Unit di Security. •

Gestire progetti di Physical Security su larga scala in un’organizzazione aziendale include di team tecnici interfunzionali. • Garantire una comunicazione continua della pianificazione, dello stato del progetto, dei problemi e dei rischi in modo tempestivo ai team di Security interna, alla gestione interfunzionale e ai team esecutivi. • Pianificare e programmare le tempistiche del progetto, definizione dell’ambito, degli obiettivi e delle scadenze, dei piani di progetto e dei documenti associati. • Progettare strategie di Physical security generali e implementazioni sul campo collaborando con responsabili della security dei Clienti, Partner interni ed esterni, System integrator e produttori di tecnologie e sistemi HW e SW, tenendo il passo con le tendenze e la tecnologia del settore. • Garantire il rispetto degli standard e delle linee guida del Cliente relativi ai progetti di installazione hardware e software, dal singolo dispositivo fino alle costruzioni complete, dei sistemi di Physical security: controllo accessi, antintrusione, videosorveglianza, supervisione e controllo. •

Condurre valutazioni delle vulnerabilità di Physical security specifiche del progetto/asset. Valutare accuratamente le implementazioni di Physical security e formulare raccomandazioni basate sulla gestione del rischio che tengano conto delle operazioni, delle architetture di sistema, dei processi di lavoro, della cultura aziendale e dei flussi del personale. • Eseguire un’analisi dettagliata del costo e dei benefici quantificati delle soluzioni target. • Pianificare e programmare le tempistiche e le milestone del progetto utilizzando strumenti appropriati di Project Management per monitorare le attività cardine edi risultati finali del progetto. • Coordinare i processi di installazione dei sistemi per garantire la conformità agli standard / regolamenti governativi locali e internazionali e comprendere le migliori pratiche di Physical security, funzionali al rischio. • Laurea in un campo relativo alla security o equivalente, compresa un’esperienza minima di 5 anni come professionista della security. • 3+ anni di esperienza per progetti di infrastrutture di sistemi di security e gestione dell’implementazione. Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di Physical security su larga scala, multipli e simultanei, con risorse e priorità concorrenti. • Forti competenze informatiche utilizzando la suite MS Office (excel, powerpoint, word) • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale, un must. • Dimostrata capacità analitica di problem solving e leadership. • Deve essere orientato al team includendo così come la capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in un’organizzazione a matrice. • Personalità resiliente e lavoro sotto pressione in un ambiente frenetico. • Possibilità di viaggiare il 40% del tempo a livello nazionale. • Capacità di affrontare le ambiguità e crescere in un ambiente in rapida evoluzione e lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di un team su più iniziative e progetti autonomi. • Intraprendente creativo che possiede eccellenti capacità di gestione dei progetti e che ha un forte senso di concentrazione, organizzazione, meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli e comprovata capacità di guidare gli altri a fornire risultati • Forti capacità interpersonali e comunicative e un approccio analitico basato sui dati per risolvere sfide complesse. • Ottima capacità di espressione orale, scrittura e lettura in Inglese.
