We are seeking a Custodian/Janitor to join our growing team and maintain the cleanliness at 3 automotive dealerships located in Putnam and Westchester County.*Hours 8:30am-5:00pmWhat We OfferLowest Family Medical Plan in the area401(K) Plan w/ MatchingDental PlanVision PlanPaid VacationEmployee Appreciation Events (i.e. Holiday Parties, Sporting Events, Luncheons)Contribute to Uniform PurchasesHighest Technician Pay Scale in the AreaMultitude of Tenure EmployeesResponsibilitiesKeep 3 dealerships in clean and orderly condition.Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces.Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.Empty trash and garbage containers.Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools.Other duties as assigned.Performs various maintenance and custodial duties such as installation and repair to fixtures inTroubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities. RequirementsQualificationsExperience in working within a customer service rolePositive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improvePrevious janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferredDiligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing dutiesValid driver's license and clean driving record Salary Description $18 - $20 / hour
