**Description**
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Prepare menu items based on established specification.
* Assist in prep levels through established prep procedures.
* Control waste and theft through continuous monitoring and training
* Assist customers
* Run POS (cashier)
Other Responsibilities/Requirements:
* Obtain New Mexico food handlers card
* Knowledge safety and food handling procedures (will train the right person)
* Work weekends and holidays
* Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. without assistance
* Must be able to stand/walk for several hours at a time.
Training will be provided. Pay depends on experience
