Senior Accountant

Our Healthcare client is seeking a Senior Accountant to process full Month end close, Financial Statement Preparation, and Variance Analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience with Advanced Excel and General Ledger Management. Candidates with Healthcare or Non-Profit Industry experience, highly preferred. Senior Accountant
Salary: $75-85k
Location: near Buchanan, NY

Responsibilities:

• Process full Month End close including Journal entries, Accruals, and Expense Reporting
• Perform Financial Statement Analysis and Bank Reconciliations
• Assists with Budget and performs Variance Analysis
• Provide Fixed Assets Schedules and Depreciation
• Analyze Revenue Recognition extracts
• Assists with Annual and Quarterly Budgets
• Manage General Ledger

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA's, a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Healthcare or Non-Profit Experience, a plus
