Job SummaryRayus Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Transport Maintenace Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining ight on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter togetherUnder moderate supervision, responsible for the pick-up and delivery of mobile imaging equipment. Transportation of equipment may involve moving one or more units through a pre-set delivery route or may involve third party equipment moves on long-haul, short-haul or one-way moves.This position is full-time working 40 hours per week; shifts are nights and weekends. The ideal candidate lives inManchester, NH or surrounding area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(85%) Equipment Transportation MaintenanceTransports equipment to appropriate destinations in safe manner within pre-determined scheduleSets up and takes down unit according to van manufacturer's and company guidelinesEnsures preventive maintenance and general maintenance is performed according to government regulations and within company guidelines using most cost-effective mannerPerforms pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipmentMaintains cleanliness of transportation equipment to include weekly or bi-weekly exterior washingPerforms monthly maintenance on vehicleEnsures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times(10%) Administrative SupportMaintains current logs including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submits in timely mannerDocuments daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicleCompletes expense reports and time reports in timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvalsEnsures unit contains current registrations, permits and insurance documents at all times. Assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requestedContacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick upCompletes expenses within Wells FargoTracks and completes payroll information with ADP(5%) Performs other duties as assignedRequirementsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentValid Class "A" driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass DOT drug, alcohol and physical screensPreferred:5 years of commercial driver experienceRAYUS Radiology is challenging the status quo by shining the light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.
