Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete trade execution for various categories of trades across platforms, including but not limited to rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, one-off trades, changes to asset allocation, margin clears
  • Review and rebalance client portfolios in a standard process
  • Track and audit team processes
  • Enter, manage, and complete stock, bond, ETF, option, and mutual fund trades as well as direct separately managed account cash flows
  • Run portfolio rebalancing processes:
    • Setup, assign, maintain and monitor accounts within portfolio rebalancing software
    • Rebalance client portfolios in accordance with investment team guidance
  • Assist with daily team functions and researching potential issues
  • Cross train on other team responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client cash reserves
  • Run monthly/quarterly cash audits
Required Skills and Experience
