Position Name Deli Cook FT Location Brenham Summary A Deli Cook is responsible for preparing deep fried foods, steam table for hot meals, and the store salad bar (if location has one) to be sold to customers. In this role, you also must:

* Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times. Display this same courtesy to co-workers as well. Be professional in appearance and demeanor.

* Prepare and set up breakfast items, program chicken fryer equipment, fry chicken, prepare and set up steam table for meals, and maintain up to date control sheets for all items prepared.

* Be willing and able to work additional shifts other than what is posted on weekly schedule.

* Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.

**EDUCATION AND/OR** **EXPERIENCE ** The store will provide necessary training. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. All other physical requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
