Job Summary:

We are pipelining caniddates for an upcoming need for a dynamic and experienced

Director of Design and Digital

to lead our client’s Creative Services Team. This pivotal role will support our global client relations efforts and is essential in driving our marketing strategies forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Capital Markets and Investment Management space, with hands-on management experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage the Creative Services Team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Oversee the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for internal and external websites, email marketing initiatives, and content management systems.

Marketing and Campaigns:

Create and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives.

Web Design and Content Management:

Manage website design and content management

to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of internal and external web properties.

Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Brand Management:

Serve as the global brand manager, responsible for maintaining the integrity and consistency of all visual representations of the brand.

Ensure all marketing materials, websites, templates, and logo usage comply with established brand guidelines.

Develop and enforce brand standards across all digital and print collateral.

Analytics and Optimization:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and website performance.

Implement data-driven strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Digital Media, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior design and digital marketing role, preferably within the Capital Markets and Investment Management space .

Proven track record of leading and managing creative teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, content management, and SEO best practices.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, web analytics, and content management systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with financial services or investments marketing.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
