Job Title: Property / Inventory Specialist Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Location: Bremerton, WA Area Pay: $25/hour - $37.50/hour for Overtime **Must be a US Citizen** Position Summary The Property/Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, storing, and maintaining accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in a warehouse or secure facility environment. This role supports operational readiness by ensuring accurate inventory control and proper documentation of all property movements. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and process incoming materials, equipment, and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or property management systems Issue and track property to personnel, projects, and field locations Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic and annual inventories Prepare documentation such as receiving reports, transfers, and discrepancy forms Organize, store, and stage materials following warehouse best practices Load/unload materials and support shipping and receiving operations Identify shortages, overages, or damaged goods and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment Minimum Qualifications 35 years of warehouse, inventory, or property management experience Proficiency with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (certifications preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and handle materials safely Must pass required background checks and site access requirements
