Senior Business Analyst

Senior myFiserv Business Analyst

Seeking a senior level candidate to help develop and execute the ongoing strategic needs for our internally built senior leadership application – myFiserv. This role will collaborate on enhancement requests, evaluate impacts, and make recommendations that are compatible with the overall needs of the organization by identifying improvements and help to resolve inconsistencies across the application.

Core skills needed to fill this role include:

  • 10+ years of business analyst experience, including assessing business needs, defining/documenting requirements, and developing solutions.
  • Knowledge related to portfolio and project management fundamentals/processes preferred.
  • Jira and Figma experience strongly preferred. Ability to efficiently manage Jira Kanban board.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional application requirements and supply input into high level design solutions through analysis.
  • A strong understanding of master data management.
  • Development and documentation of standards used throughout the application to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and reprioritize work with timely progress updates to stakeholders and process orientation and user satisfaction attitude.
  • A drive to learn and master innovative technologies and techniques and the ability to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas.
  • Effective communication skills with business and development teams as well as business partners and management in an Agile work environment.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
