We are seeking an Engineering Manager / Mechanical Architect to lead our team in the design and production of next-generation spacecraft. Key Responsibilities: Direct and innovate in the design and implementation of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) and aerospace structures. Oversee mechanical design strategies, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and manufacturing best practices. Lead a team of six engineering professionals, promoting an environment of innovation and high performance. Serve as the primary authority on resolving mechanical issues and improving production processes.

Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degrees preferred. Ideally 15 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, including 5+ years in a managerial role, ideally in the aerospace industry. Proven track record in team development and hands-on management. Extensive knowledge of satellite manufacturing processes and quality systems.
