is partnering with a leading hospital in Grand Junction, CO, to find an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse for their Emergency Room (ER). This fast-paced, high-acuity environment offers a unique opportunity for RNs to utilize their critical thinking skills and provide life-saving care to patients in need during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Deliver rapid and efficient care to patients of all ages presenting with various medical emergencies during the night shift.

Perform comprehensive triage assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and monitor patient response.

Administer medications and treatments, including advanced life support measures, as needed.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Effectively communicate with patients and families during times of crisis, providing education and support.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Colorado

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience preferred

Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Comfortable working night shifts
