Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Analog Design and Layout Engineer with expertise in analog circuit design and layout. The ideal candidate will have experience in SRAM or memory cell layout and be proficient with Client Custom Compiler. Experience with Global Foundries GF28SPLe and TSMC 28nm technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and layout of analog circuits, focusing on precision and performance.
  • Develop and optimize SRAM and memory cell layouts.
  • Utilize Client Custom Compiler for design tasks.
  • Work with advanced process nodes, including Global Foundries GF28SPLe and TSMC 28nm technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications and project timelines are met.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Perform verification and validation of circuit designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Document design processes and results comprehensively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in analog design and layout engineering.
  • Expertise in SRAM or memory cell layout.
  • Proficiency in using Client Custom Compiler.
  • Experience with Global Foundries GF28SPLe and TSMC 28nm technology.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
