As a Customer Service Agent, you will also collaborate with other teams within Corporatefy to identify and escalate product concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions in our database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate issues when necessary to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and actively suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
