Throughout the beta development, Orby has partnered with some of the world's largest organizations to deploy the product and save users valuable time. They also hired world-class engineering, research, and design talent from Google, Microsoft, and Stanford who have extensive experience building cutting-edge technologies. Orby recently raised a Series A round from top VCs with a strong track record of backing category-defining companies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founders and initial GTM team to define the GTM strategy and plan, including but not limited to sales and channel strategy, target customer persona, product value proposition, pricing, marketing plan.
  • Develop clear and persuasive product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and target persona. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Build go to market collaterals including sales deck, website, demos, battle card, training materials, working with the founders and the initial sales team, and also customize the collaterals based on the customer persona.
  • Lead product launch and PR efforts across marketing, sales and product.
  • Generate high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, that educates and engages customers and prospects and establishes thought leadership.
  • Gather feedback from customers and use it to influence product development and improvement. Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Work with partners to build joint content such as joint blog posts, presentation materials at conferences, partner enablement materials, etc.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts. Use data to make informed decisions and iterate on strategies.

Where We Work
  • We work in a hybrid model. During the week we're in the office three days a week. During the day we have core hours when everyone is expected to be available. We are currently hiring in Sunnyvale, CA, although we do sometimes make exceptions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or startup industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product marketing execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
