If you have strong leadership, operations and management abilities, operations or business management experience, and a strong sales aptitude, this is the job for you. **A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager** As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will lead our organization at the most important level, the client level. Your daily responsibilities will consist of supporting the overall growth and profitability of Fox by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention and others as designated. This is a challenging position that requires dynamic thinking and creative problem solving each day. As the main point of contact in a given region, you will be responsible for building and developing a team that embodies the Fox core values while establishing Fox as the leader in all pest management solutions. Each branch has a dedicated team of support staff to support you in your route planning, management, customer service, billing and collections. *

5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.) *

Pest control, lawncare or route service experience **STRONGLY** preffered *

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) *

Previous experience in the pest control industry (preferred) *

Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses *

Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations *

Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale *

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *

Strong leadership and project management skills *

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills *

Current Driver's License with an excellent driving record *

Authorized to work in the United States *
