About the Role

We are committed to impacting the built environment positively. The main focus will be on Federal, State and Municipal level government building projects.

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be a key leader, driving both project management and design. This role is vital in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines. You will be part of an energetic and dedicated team, applying your broad engineering skills to solve a wide array of mechanical system challenges. Involvement in various project stages, from production to design and construction, is expected across different building types. The role demands collaborative work with various disciplines and project teams, perfect for those who thrive on problem-solving and innovative thinking.

This is a100% remote position,

but candidates need to live in the Northeast Florida area to be able to meet with clients regularly.

Key Qualifications

6+ years of experience in designing and executing projects from inception to completion

Professional licensure in Florida

MEP Experience

and Proficient in

HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protectio n design for commercial construction

Experience in handling multi million-dollar projects

Ability to produce comprehensive deliverables, including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications

Deep understanding of general building construction and mechanical systems

Strong analytical and technical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

LEED BD+C certification is an advantage

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
