Wir suchen einen talentierten Praktikanten oder Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Verstrkung unseres Controlling Teams in Bremen.

Responsibilities:
  • Du analysierst unsere globale Geschftsttigkeit auf granularer Ebene in einem dynamischen Umfeld fr unsere Life Science Division
  • Auerdem treibst Du die Digitalisierung unseres Reportings mithilfe innovativer Lsungen wie PowerBI und SAP SAC voran
  • Du identifizierst, validierst und verprobst Anwendungsflle fr die Nutzung generativer KI im Finanzbereich
  • Im Team Controlling untersttzt Du bei der Steuerung unserer Beteiligungen und bewertest regelmig deren Performance
  • Du untersttzt bei strategischen und operativen Projekten im gesamten Finance Kontext sei es die Erstellung von Berichten, Optimierung von Prozessen, organisatorische Weiterentwicklungen oder systemseitige Anpassungen
  • Bei uns interagierst Du eigenstndig, proaktiv und lsungsorientiert mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern innerhalb und auerhalb von Finance von der operativen Ebene bis in das Management
Qualifications:
  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang) mit dem Fokus auf Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling oder in einer der MINT-Fachrichtungen
  • Du hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen durch Praktika in der Industrie oder in der Beratung
  • Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch bereitet Dir Freude
  • Du bringst ein Verstndnis fr gesamtunternehmerische und kaufmnnische Zusammenhnge mit und hast Spa an der Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprgt von einem unternehmerischen Handeln, ohne den notwendigen Pragmatismus zu vermissen
