Requirements:

3+ years Recruiting experience.

Knowledge of general principles of recruiting.

Experience in managing applicant data bases.

Experience of applicant tracking systems plus.

Experience in candidate sourcing.

Unbiased judgement.

Excellent communication skills, Spanish is a plus.

Ability to work independently.

Strong commitment to customer Service.

Ability to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments.

Good communication skills with co-workers and client.

Must be available to work Mon- Friday and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

Confer with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

Review and recommend updates to job descriptions and job specifications.

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods to screen candidates.

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.

Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.

Verify reference, conduct background check, facilitate drug screen and pre-employment testing.

Act as a point of contact and manage all communication with associates.

Extend offers of employment within company procedures.

Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.

On-board new associates.

Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
