    • Coordinate remote onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with Recruiting, HR, Department Managers, and IT teams.
    • Facilitate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and employee announcements.
    • Track and report weekly recruiting and HR metrics to cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure compliance and documentation for all HR processes, including training completion.
    • Audit recruiting and HR systems to maintain accurate tracking of candidates and employee data.
    • Manage employee terminations, including exit communications and conducting exit interviews as needed.
    • Monitor and oversee annual performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives.
    • Support HR Business Partners with biannual compensation reviews and annual bonus distribution processes and other ad hoc requests.
    • Assist with various People Team projects, such as trainings, talent reviews, and employee development tools.
    • Provide reporting from our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up with employees to ensure training program completion.
    • Create bespoke L&D tools such as job aids.
    • Manage all incoming HR correspondence via the office.
    • Assist in the onboarding and tracking of our nearshore resources.
    • Orchestrate details for all-company events and meetings.
    • Support company events, such as Hack-a-Thons and other engagement initiatives.
    • Create ad-hoc reports and maintain existing ones as directed.
You Are:
    • People-Oriented: You thrive on creating a positive experience for employees and building relationships.
    • Process-Driven: You understand how systems and processes interconnect and seek opportunities for improvement.
    • Detail-Focused: Accuracy is your strength, and you have a knack for identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
    • Data-Driven: You're curious about data and eager to learn how to create visuals that tell compelling stories.
    • Always Learning: You're eager to take on new challenges, learning quickly when faced with unfamiliar tasks.
    • Curious: You approach new situations with curiosity and an open mind, experimenting with different methods to find what works. You see mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow, using feedback to improve your approach.
    • A Project Manager: You are skilled at planning, coordinating, and delivering projects efficiently while managing resources and communication effectively.
You Have:
    • At least 1 year of experience (or relevant internship experience) in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS (bonus points for experience with Lever or Paylocity) is preferred
