**General:**

Maintains inventory in warehouse.

Tasks

* Issuing of production material to the production departments.

* Booking the material transactions

* Receiving, checking and labeling of incoming production material.

* Working in a warehouse, packaging, shipping and receiving items.

* Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for incoming & outgoing shipments.

* Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling.

* Able to stand for long periods and be adaptable to a changing work environment.

* Clean & maintain department equipment.

* Maintaining equipment preventative maintenance schedule logs.

* Required to understand and use safety equipment reflective of department.

* Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.

* Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner.

* Use of hand trucks/fork lifts.

* Cross-training and support of other production departments and purchasing.

* Treat all Marbach information and customer information in a confidential manner.

* Inform supervisor of problems or issues which affect the companies ability to meet customer requirements.

* Quality control of incoming goods.

* Booking the received material using our software.

* Conducting frequent spot checks in the warehouse and maintenance of our software.

* Conducting physical warehouse projects, like rearranging storage locations and assembling racks.

* Picking up material from local suppliers. (current drivers license)

* Supporting the shipping department, if needed.

* Sweeping the warehouse at least once a week.

* Inventory control

* Valid drivers license. Clean driving record.

* Fork-lift certified preferred.

**Physical Requirements:**

Load and unload merchandise from delivery vans & large trucks.

Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.

**Preferred Skills**

Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software)

Good organizational skills

Warehouse and inventory experience
