What are we looking for in our Senior .NET Programmer?

12+ months contract (Remote)Pays - $50 - $55/hr W2 (Depending Upon Experience)

A Senior Programmer is responsible for leading and/or working on the most complex IT applications design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation and support of new or existing applications software

Skills PreferredProficiency in C#, Core, and BlazorFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as BootstrapProficiency with advanced database functionality such as stored procedures, analytic functions, CTEs, indexes, and performance tuningKnowledge of Azure Active Directory Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and JSON Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeAbility to see opportunities for developing code for future reuseAbility to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into user-friendly applicationsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues

Experience Required

This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Experience Preferred.NET developer (at least 5 years)Designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Blazor (at least 2 year of experience)SQL Server and Oracle databases, including advanced SQL, PL/SQL and T/SQL for stored procedures and functions (at least 3 years of experience)Git for source code control (at least 2 years of experience)CJIS or HIPAA compliance (at least 2 years of experience)Conducting security risk assessments and recommending necessary controls (3 years of experience)

Education Required- This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
