Titan Electric Inc. (FB Titan) is seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager (Full time, Permanent) to support our Operations Team on the Gateway West Transmission Line Project based out of Evansville, WY.The Project Quality Manager will work Monday to Saturday, 10-hour days on the Gateway West Transmission Line Project. The Quality Manager will promote quality awareness, compliance, and implement continuous improvement of the Quality Program. Welcome to this exciting career opportunityWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly wage (54.00 - 60.00)Comprehensive benefits planEnrollment in 401k planPaid time off (PTO)Opportunity for overtimePer diem provided to eligible employees Family orientated working environmentOpportunities for career growth and development Key Responsibilities:Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every daySupport Construction group in the development and implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan and Quality documents/forms based on project requirements.Implement and manage all phases of Quality Plan such as communicate project-specific requirements, resolve Non-conformances, verify and monitor the implementation of corrective/preventive actions.Responsible for documentation review, analysis, sign off, and maintenance including quality reports, logs, test results, and certificates documentation.Responsible for the collection, review of, and storage of field inspection recordsAssist with as-built document completion as needed.Responsible for field inspections on various activities such as concrete/civil works, stringing, excavation, and structure setting.Perform periodic Quality reviews and audits to ensure that the Quality Plan is established and followed by persons doing work.required, develop written plans and procedures for project specific activities to supplement task planning.Coordinate field inspections with Client inspectors and other interested personnelResponsible for subcontractor and supplier compliance requirements on the project (Audits, site visits, continuous check points, etc.).Work with field personnel to ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislationResponsible for assisting with the investigation and resolution of quality issues - Root cause analysis, disposition, follow-up and close out.Responsible for assisting with project closeouts and lesson learned at the end of the projects.Ensure project close-out completion in a timely mannerPerform other tasks related to this function as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:Journeyman Lineman Certification or a Bachelor degree in an Engineering field related to the company's workA minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Quality Management in underground or transmission powerline construction, utilities, or civil constructionA minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a team of 3 or more Quality Coordinators or Quality InspectorsA self-motivated individual that requires minimum supervision and with goal and team-oriented attitude.Excellent time-management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)Able and willing to present a valid driver license and acceptable driver abstract.Disclaimer: As per client/site requirements, candidates may be required to undergo pre-access screening.Titan Electric Inc. is a subsidiary under the Forbes Bros USA Inc. umbrella.
