Ekelekua Brunch. Bar. Tapas in Rio Grande, PR is looking for line cooks to join a strong team. We are located on Carr #3 Km 25.5. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. We are searching for qualified line cooks to join our team. Detailed and able to efficiently operate/multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the best kitchens in the city. A successful cook is able to follow instructions and be open to constructive criticism. Experience in using a variety of ingredients and different cooking techniques is a plus. We want each plate to be prepared according to our recipe and specifications to ensure a consistent product and guest experience.
