Catering Supervisor

**Salary dependent on experience** Catering Supervisor We are looking for a Catering Supervisor, to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting the Catering Manager in providing a n excellent year-round catering operation in both of our outlets and Ice Cream Kiosk. Past catering experience is a must as well as brilliant customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be confident in supervising a team of casual staff and deputising for the Catering Manager when required . A sound knowledge of hygiene rules including allergen awareness is essential. Administration skills are important in this role as in addition to food safety legislation requirements you will also have a part to play in the smooth running of the Visitor Centre . This could entail issuing fishing tickets, answering Campsite queries or any general advice surrounding our Park as a whole. Rest assured no two days are the same.
