HYBRID Onsite/Remote

CSR Position is based in Greenville, Ohio.

The CSR is responsible for coordinating all functions to support assigned customers, both foreign and domestic. Tasks include, but are not limited to, consulting with Account Managers on customer information and order placement; providing any supporting documents to the customer from our systems; and supporting all customer inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, and shipment dates by performing the following duties:
•Set-up and maintain all customer related system data such as customer master, customer part number template, price file, etc.
•Provide supporting transaction documents to our customer or counterparts through kp systems. •Responsible for day-to-day activities for assigned customers including order entry, expedites and changes, monitoring for late orders due to production and shipping delays, advising customers of information such as credit holds, and order status in a timely manner.
•Manage custom programs/portals, stocking and reserve agreements, inventory logs, and other documentation.
•Provide special reports for customers including stock, open orders, reserve time schedules, late order reporting, and import/export updates.
•Participate in monthly sales team calls to align on initiatives, increase sales/customer service
alignment, and focus on growth objectives
•Enter customer complaints in kp systems, track the status of complaints through the quality
management system, and provide details to customers so they can forward samples to the
proper production facility/employee for review and disposition.
•Act as the voice of the customer within kp.

Preferred education and experience:
•Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or several
years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
•Strong English skills, both written and verbal
•Strong math skills
•Strong computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe
•Ability to work independently or through virtual resources
•Ability to work efficiently in different locations, both at home or virtually
