ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly
Complete and distribute materials for Inventory Adjustment Routine Meeting. This includes ICC Tracker, E&O, Alert Date Top 10, and Spoilage Root Cause reports reporting. These are used in the routine meetings to help the area manage inventory and positively impact to the P&L.
Review charges for Concur, Pcard, Amazon, and Amex Ghost cards and reclass entries if necessary to ensure expenses are accurately booked to the correct accounts and departments on the P&L.
Update Weekly Volume Forecast File for all area markets for use during review with the VPLS and Area President regarding the teams anticipated volume performance.
Update Weekly Operational KPI Metrics for Ops Team meetings to aid Operational Leaders with their metrics review and business planning for more effective operations.
Review and reject or deny credit or debit memo requests so customers and vendors receive credits or are charged for valid claims.

Monthly
Complete accrual entries during close to ensure accurate financial results. This includes, but is not limited to, Crossdock Accrual, Union Health, Welfare, and Person Accruals, Summary Billings, R&M Accruals, and common vendor accruals.
Review period results and provide commentary and analysis on performance, and present root causes and detail for these results.
Adjust monthly forecast within Anaplan to provide an accurate and up-to-date Area forecast.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

SUPERVISION:
N/A

RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Area Finance Director and Managers, Operations; Vice Presidents and Managers, Replenishment Leadership, Area President.
External: Manage and communicate with commonly used vendors and applicable staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Excel
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently

EDUCATION
B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred 0-2 years of Finance-related experience
Finance-related Internship experience
Entry level general accounting experience

Experience with PowerPoint, Anaplan, and Tableau
