As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced water and wastewater treatment systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment systems, including process design, equipment selection, and system optimization. Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects. Provide expert guidance and technical support throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction and commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and environmental scientists, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices. Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in water and wastewater treatment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment engineering, including the design of water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, conveyance systems, or similar. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
