Responsibilities
  • Hire and retain staff to achieve and sustain proper staffing levels at restaurants in the Little Rock and Jacksonville markets
  • Implement standard operating procedures for staff positions and/or specialized services
  • Coach, direct, motivate, and hold accountable all the members of subordinate staff in order to achieve overall success
  • Ensure the restaurant's stated operating hours are maintained and prepare weekly employee schedules to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed to meet demand every day
  • Manage, supervise, and assist with the preparation, sales, and service of food that meets or exceeds the brand's standards
  • Verify all financial transactions are recorded properly, timely address mishandling of funds
  • Proactively develop resources or processes that improve consistency in operational expectations
  • Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds by reporting maintenance issues quickly and using the approved process
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 total compensation per year
