Join us, and let's make a difference together. SUMMARY OF JOB: Responsible for providing continuous, quality, cost effective nutritional care to patients, residents, homecare and hospice. Provides nutrition education to inpatients, outpatients and the community. Ensures resident and patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance, and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient use of resources.CONNECTING TO MISSION: All individuals, within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission & Values of the Health System. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: BS in Nutrition/Dietetics or relatedfield.Registered Dietitian or Registration eligibleExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work flexible hours and some weekends.Possesses knowledge and understanding of the varying nutritional needs of each ageleveli.e. infant, adolescent, adult and the geriatric population; and all disease states.Acquireslicensureand registration within one year ofhiredate.Possesses basic knowledge of Windows Applications, Microsoft Office Programs, and is able to learn new computer programs.LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTSRegistered Dietitian ( Commission on Dietetic Registration).
