Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
•Experience in below OpenText Product & Functionality •OpenText Content Server •OpenText Archive Center •OpenText Transformation Server •OpenText Directory Services •OpenText Extended ECM •Consultation and solution architecture knowledge on the platform products
Roles & Responsibilities
•To provide day-to-day technical support for OpenText application •Liase with offshore and nearshore teams •Ensuring system availability •Liase with business and IT contacts •Knowledge for Rest API, Web services, Java, SQL Server desired competencies
•Development knowledge on .NET, MVC platforms to support the service customizations •Integration platform expertise with Niche technologies like KOFAX Total Agility •Module development, OSCRIPT knowledge to support the product customizations •S4/ HANA platform integration knowledge •Archive Center integration experience with Google Cloud and ECS platforms •Archive Center Cluster configuration implementation practice. •Archive Center indexing and job management knowledge for the storage configurations •OpenText SaaS implementation experience with success factor integrations •Web report and Live report development functional requirements •Application platform upgrade knowledge both on-premises and for cloud solutions •Extended ECM RFC connection implementation •Content Server workflow, engineering drawing service implementations •Content Server Object import connector configurations and customization •OpenText Document Presentment integrations with Content Server and gateway configuration functional awareness •OpenText Transformation server project deployment and configurations •OpenText Document pipeline job management and scripting knowledge •Batch script development knowledge for Extended ECM connected services •Automation scripting knowledge for file archival in Content Server •WINDOWS 2016, 2019 Server handling and IIS configurations as add-on •Tomcat platform knowledge with network and proxy changes on WINDOWS/LINUX server •OpenText Directory Services user management and partitions management with Active Directory and Single Sign on configurations Add on knowledge with PEGA RPA, Ui Path automation services
