Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community Health organization in Chicago This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Chicago and surrounding areas. Office is comprised of Pediatrics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and OB/Gyn. Very nice, modern office with lab testing and fully staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager. They provide a comprehensive on boarding process. Wonderful group of providers that are mission driven to make a difference in an underserved community. 100% out patient practice Reasonable patient volume Flexible, great work/life balance schedule: Monday - Friday with one 1/2 day Saturday per month Flexible schedule of 8- 5hr shifts or 4 -10hr shifts with built in Admn time Call is 1:7 by phone only, very light.
