AW Collision of Belmont is looking for a junior collision estimator.

Responsibilities:

Review with customers and walk-through the repair process:

Greet customers by phone or in-person; explain to customers about the collision repair process, including insurance claims information, processing, and payment procedures. Being able to capture new repair jobs and customers based off of customer service experience.

Complete vehicle intake process:

This includes mapping damage, photographing vehicles, signing the proper paperwork and documenting all files.

Prepare estimates and supplements:

Review vehicle damage and prepare estimates. Prepare supplements based on additional damage found, including parts price increases.

File Documentation:

Maintain real time accuracy of assigned work files and reconcile for customer delivery and file closing process.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure AW Collision and Mercedes Benz quality standards are met throughout the repair process and before the vehicle is delivered to the customer.

Requirements:

2 Years of estimating experience

The ability to multitask

A Valid CA Drivers License

Eligible to work in the United States

Available to work full time Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with occasional Saturday shifts from 8am-12pm

Great communication skills

Work well with team members

CCC One experience
